Ms. Aisha Adamu Bello is the founder of Lubaba Realties and currently serves as the director of the company. Her 9 years professional insight spans across both public and private sector through engagement in diverse projects and holdings, participating as a quantity surveyor, project manager, valuations consultant, real estate broker and facilitating joint venture partnerships.
Muhammad Kabir Bello
Public Relations| Assistant Manger
Mr. Muhammad Kabir Bello is the Lead Public Relations Officer of Lubaba Realties and currently serves as one the directors of the company. He is responsible for planning publicity strategies and campaigns, writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases and social media posts. He also designs the production of visual communications and digital content for the company.
Idris Ozeto
Legal Advisory & Consultancy
Mr. Idris Ozeto is a Legal Adviser and Consultant of Lubaba Realties. He has been called to bar to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor and has over 7 years post call experience. He is responsible for monitoring the legal regulations in all our transactions, drafting, and negotiating terms, drafting routine leases and amendments, and assessing the legal risks in the company’s documentation whilst advising our clients accordingly.
Adegboye Sulu Bukoye
Quantity Surveyor| Project Manager
Mr. Adegboye Sulu is the Lead Quantity Surveyor of Lubaba Realties. He has over 15 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying Practice and the supervision and management of various residential and commercial projects in the Country.
At Lubaba Realties, he is responsible for Project Cost Review, Project Cost Budgeting and Estimation, Project Cost Engineering, Reviewing Bills of Quantities, Construction Contract administration and Company Operations Management.
Mahmud Usman Yunusa
Quantity Surveyor| Project Manager
Mr. Mahmud Usman Yunusa is a Registered Quantity Surveyor and a Qualified Project Manager with a vast wealth of skills and experience having been previously involved in a wide range of projects as a Project Quantity Surveyor, Field Construction Surveyor and Project Manager.
At Lubaba Realties, he is responsible for the Preliminary Cost Management of development projects, Comparative Costing, Tendering and Contract Procurement, Cost Planning and Control, Taking Measurements, Design Cost Consultancy and Project Cost Valuations.
Salamatu B. Musa
Lead Design Consultant| Architect
Ms. Salamatu B Musa is the Lead Architect and Design Consultant of Lubaba Realties. She has over 11 years’ experience and has been involved in the design processes of a diverse range of commercial, institutional, and residential projects from inception to completion.
At Lubaba Realties, she is responsible for engaging in design concepts/ideas and corresponding with clients/customers of design processes to ensure client requirements are met and quality outputs are achieved.
Bello Falalu Bello
Property Marketing
Mr. Bello Falalu is a Property Marketing expert with 7 years of resourceful experience in Sales, Marketing and Administrative activities. He has been involved in the facilitation of joint venture partnerships and the disposal of various residential and commercial properties.
At Lubaba Realties, he is responsible for extensive marketing of properties and desktop sales review using creative creation of new clientele base, while leveraging on the existing ones in the aim of achieving our result.
Mubarak Galadima
ICT Solutions| Web Development| VR
Mr. Mubarak Galadima is the ICT Solutions expert of the company with experience in Web management, ICT Solutions and Communications.
At Lubaba Realties, he is responsible for the management of our website and the development of our social media platforms for the purpose of the widespread marketing to our potential clients. He facilitates the data base that assist potential clients on the right properties to choose through web interaction and Virtual Reality Property Viewings.
Ibrahim Yakubu
Field Marketer
Mr. Ibrahim Yakubu is our Field Real Estate Marketer and Property Finder. He has 5 years’ experience in the field when it comes to sourcing the right types of commercial and residential properties for our Clients in both Abuja and Lagos.
At Lubaba Realties, he is responsible for field sourcing, field marketing, preliminary engagements, advertising and promotional activities for the company.
